Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the total collections of the film on Day 3.

The film revolves around the story of two brothers who compete against each other to win the affection of a girl. But the girl has other plans and manipulates the siblings to succeed in her plan.

The erotic thriller clashed with 'Dil Junglee' and '3 Storeys' at the ticket window which also released on the same day. However, it crushed them easily when it came to the collections.

Directed by Vishal Pandya, the film also features Karan Wahi, Vivan Bhatena and Ihana Dhillon in key roles. Veteran actor Gulshan Grover also made his comeback with the film.

As reported earlier,  the 'Hate Story IV' opened lower than the previous two franchises 'Hate Story 2' and 'Hate Story 3'. The fourth series has been made at a budget of Rs 20 crore.

Meanwhile, the film is facing a tough competition from 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' that has been going strong at the Box Office despite being in the third week of its release.

The week three collections of 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' stands at Rs 86.76 crore.
