Mumbai: Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor starrer ‘Befikre’ may have received mixed reviews from critics but the Aditya Chopra directorial has done decent business so far. However, the rom-com hasn’t been able to garner figures that were expected.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter Thursday afternoon to share the latest Box Office report of the YRF production.

‘Befikre’ is Aditya’s labour of love, a film that marks his comeback to direction after a hiatus of seven years. Moreover, the film was released on December 9, a date that coincided with his and Rani’s daughter – Adira’s first birthday.


What made the film even more special for the YRF banner is that it was announced on the 83rd birthday anniversary of Late Yash Chopra.


The film has made a business of approximately Rs 46 crores so far. And it would be difficult to predict if the film would push its way to the Rs 100 crore club soon. Let’s wait and watch.
