New Delhi: Not only in India, but Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan's latest film Judwaa 2 is being liked by the audience from across the globe. And, as a result, the David Dhawan directorial has reportedly surpassed the prestigious Rs 200 crore mark worldwide.

It is being said that the flick has minted more than Rs 127 crore in India so far. Noted movie critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh on Sunday took to Twitter to confirm the same. It is now likely to emerge as the highest grossing Hindi film of 2017 after Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.


Judwaa 2 is a sequel to 1997 blockbuster hit by the same name Judwaa which featured Salman Khan in the lead. Interestingly, in the sequel, Varun is seen in a double role of Prem and Raja respectively.




While the original had Karisma Kapoor and South star Rambha as female leads, in the sequel there's Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu fitting in the bill.
