New Delhi: Among the other diesel vehicles, Toyota is one of the companies most affected by the ban on registration of 2000cc engine vehicles in Delhi NCR.

As demand for large diesel vehicles have drastically dropped, Is Toyota is contemplating bringing back the petrol-powered Innova? Toyota Innova comes in 14 versions with 1 engine and 1 transmission and 1 fuel options i.e diesel.

Only-petrol version of Innova was launched in 2005, but the petrol version didn’t do well because of the fuel guzzling engine.

The company launched the diesel version, and the sales of the vehicle surged. According to industry figures, NCR accounts for 14 per cent of Toyota’s total sales.
