New Ford Figo hatchback hits Indian roads at Rs 4.29 lakh

New Delhi: Car maker Ford on Wednesday launched the new Figo hatchback. The petrol version of the car has been priced at Rs 4.29 lakh while the diesel version will come at Rs 5.29 lakh.

The car will have a 1.2L petrol engine and a 1.5L diesel engine. While the 1.2 petrol and 1.5 diesel will come paired with a 5-speed manual transmission box, the 1.5 petrol variant will be made available with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The car will be available in seven colour options- Ruby Red, Tuxedo Black, Deep Impact Blue, Ingot Silver, Sparkling Gold, Oxford White and Smoke Grey.

The company said that the ARAI-rated fuel economy for the 1.2 petrol will give a mielage of 18.16 km/l while diesel will give a mielage of 25.83 km/l.
