New Delhi: Royal Enfield today reported a 63 per cent jump in total motorcycle sales at 49,156 units in February 2016 as against 30,240 units a year ago.

Sales of motorcycles with engine capacity of up to 350 cc stood at 43,741 units during the month as against 26,492 in the same month of 2015, an increase of 65 per cent.


 


Sales of models with engine capacity exceeding 350 cc stood at 5,415 units, up 45 per cent, compared with 3,748 units in the corresponding month last year.


Exports of Royal Enfield were at 1,589 units during the month as against 749 in February 2015, an increase of 112 per cent.
