New Delhi: Apple has finally launched its 4-inch smartphone iPhone SE and 9.7-inch variant of the iPad Pro in India on Friday.


The new iPhone is available both online and offline through Apple’s retail partners. Apple is selling the 32 GB iPhone SE in India at Rs 39,000 while the 64 GB version will cost Rs 49,000.


The 9.7-inch iPad Pro, on the other hand, comes in 32 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB variants costing Rs 49,900, Rs 61,900 and Rs 73,900 for WiFi only models. The WiFi+Cellular models are priced higher at Rs 61,900, Rs 73,900 and Rs 85,900 for 32 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB variants respectively.


Beetel Teletech and Redington are the distributors of iPhone SE in India.


The iPhone SE has a four-inch screen, comes in four stainless- steel finishes and incorporates a faster A9 processor. It sports a fingerprint scanner, 12-megapixel iSight camera, featuring Live Photos and faster wireless as well as Apple Pay.


Supply chain solution provider Redington had said in a statement said it "will offer iPhone SE beginning April 8, in 3,000 retail outlets across the country".


Beetel Teletech had said that it will offer "iPhone SE, the most powerful phone with a four-inch display, beginning Friday, April 8, 2016 at over 3500 retail locations across India."
