New Delhi: Chinese handset maker Lenovo is all set to launch another smartphone in India on Tuesday – ZUK Z1 – it's sub-brand.

While it is known as Lenovo ZUK Z1 in China, it will be known as Lenovo Z1 in India, as per reports.


The company took to Facebook to announce the entry of its new Lenovo Z1 smartphone into India. It wrote "Announcing the world's first crowd sourced product launch where you take center stage to launch the #LenovoZ1."


The Lenovo Z1 smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD display and is powered by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM. It has an internal memory of 64GB.


It runs Cyanogen OS 12.1 based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and has a fingerprint scanner integrated with the home button on the front.


The Z1 comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and an 8MP front-facing snapper. The smartphone is 4G capable, and is backed by a 4,100 mAh battery.
