New Delhi, Sept 16: Buoyed by the "positive" result of the voice spectography tests of former DDA vice chairman Subash Sharma, accused in land scam cases, CBI today said it would seek his prosecution in four cases including the one involving Justice Shameet Mukherjee of Delhi High Court. Affirming that the agency has received a positive report from the central forensic science laboratory for the voice tests of telephonic talks between Sharma and the alleged middleman in the scam Dharambir Khattar, CBI sources said it would shortly seek sanction for prosecution of former DDA Vice Chairman in two of the cases this week. The sources said that sanction for prosecution would also be sought in the cases relating to sanctioning of increased floor area ratio to DLF and road widening case involving former judge Shameet Mukherjee. They said it was waiting so far for the voice tests report to prosecute Sharma because during investigation he had denied having ever talked to Khattar.
