Here are five things which you should never tell the Human Resource.

Don't forget, today's age headhunters do a lot of background check. Don't lie about your previous company. For example, if you were almost fired from your previous organisation, speak the truth. Remember, the HR does his homework well, such things are very easy to find out.


Don't make false stories while applying for special leaves, privileges etc


This is something you should keep in mind once you are in the job. Don't make false stories while applying for special leaves, privileges etc. Remember, you will soon become 'the boy who cried wolf'. For example, you had taken some privileges or special leaves citing an emergency in your family. If something really happens later, you won't be able to win the confidence of your HR back.


Don't tell them about freelance works


In many companies there are no clauses that restrict you from freelancing. However, remember, if a double job or a freelancing work comes in the way of your present work, the HR can very easily calculate two-and-two.


Medical issues


In many companies, they would ask you to present your medical conditions before hiring. However,  there are a lot of illnesses that are not being tested by the employer. Don't divulge much details about things that have not been asked for. The HR can anticipate a lot of things which are unnecessary.


Don't inflate your salary while bargaining


This also can be verified while background checking. Remember, the HRs stay in touch with each other, and it's a vicious circle. It will not take your current headhunter long to find out if you are giving an inflated salary statement.
