New Delhi: In what may fuel hopes for smooth passage of much-awaited GST bill in the coming monsoon session of the parliament, Congress leadership has accepted the NDA government's invitation for further negotiations and discussion on alternative proposals on capping of the rate, according to a report in Economic Times.
The report says that the decision was taken by the top leadership of the Congress after a meeting on Wednesday.
The meeting may take place on Friday.
The Monsoon Session of Parliament will begin on Monday.
