Sebi cancels registration certificate of 4 CSE brokers
Kolkata, Sept 19: The Securities and Exchange Board of India has cancelled the certificate of registration of four member-brokers of Calcutta Stock Exchange with immediate effect.

Disclosing this, the CSE Secretary, P K Ray, on Thursday said that all the four brokers were earlier declared defaulter and their respective membership cards forfeited.
He said that the members were Sudhir Satnaliwala (INB 030966615), Ram Niwas Chirimar (INB 031078315), S B Stock Works Pvt Ltd (INB 031119333) and Shiv Kumar Goenka (INB 030055313).
Ray said that the cancellation order was passed by Sebi Chairman G N Bajpai on September 10 under regulation 13(4) of the Sebi (Procedure for Holding Enquiry) of 2002. Bureau Report
