Chandigarh, June 11: Punjab Congress chief Sonia Gandhi has appointed Parminder Mehta as Secretary of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee.
Sonia in a letter to Mehta asked him to discharge duties and responsibilities as secretary of the PPCC and come up to the expectations and confidence reposed in him by the organisation, a party spokesman said here today.
