Get set for Xiaomi India`s Diwali bonanza in November

Wishing for lucrative deals on Xiaomi smartphones and products? Look out for the big Diwali sale coming up in November.

New Delhi: Mi India is planning a Diwali bonanza for smartphone users! Its promotion on Twitter hints towards it. "Something exciting is coming your way! Take a guess what it would be. #DiwaliWithMi'', says @XiaomiIndia's teaser asking to ''Watch this Space'' on the micro-blogging site.

The first tweet shows fire crackers grouped in threes, fours and fives. The second tweet mentions ‘CCCXLV’, which is the roman numerical for 345. The repeat of 3,4, 5could mean that the sale will take place between November 3 and 5.

Xiaomi had offered great discounts along with freebies during Flipkart and Snapdeal’s sales earlier this month. Smartphones were the highest selling items on these ecommerce sites. Xiaomi seems to be going on its own in offering Diwali discounts. The company has gone aggressive on its sales strategy as it is aiming to topple over Samsung and Micromax and become the number one seller in the smartphone market in the next three years.
