New Delhi: Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, while delivering a keynote speech at Microsoft's event "Tech for good, Ideas for India" in Delhi, talked about the role of technology in transforming lives.


A proponent of cloud technology, the Microsoft CEO explained the importance of mobile first and cloud first economy, and spoke about about the importance of infusing cognitive technology into any apps or services to come. The apps are going through massive changes and will augment human capability, said Nadella.


The CEO of tech giant called for a an innovative eye in looking at things. “When you change the way you see the world, you change the world you see,” said Nadella speaking at Microsoft's event in Delhi.


Earlier in the morning, Satya Nadella also met Ravi Shankar Prasad, Union Minister of Communication and Information Technology, and discussed need of greater partnership between the government and Microsoft in the Digital India initiative.
