Did Shikhar Dhawan get out early to watch MS Dhoni`s biopic? Here`s how twitter trolled the Indian opener
New Zealand`s Matt Henry picked up Shikhar Dhawan`s wicket in the match`s second over.
New Delhi: Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan hasn't been able to establish himself as a reliable top order batsman in Test format. Following injury to KL Rahul, the left-handed batsman was named in the final XI by Virat Kohli for the second Test against New Zealand at Eden Gardens.
With an in-form Gautam Gambhir being snubbed for Dhawan, Kohli was hoping for a much better performance from his opener but things didn't go as planned.
New Zealand's Matt Henry picked up his first wicket of the day in the very first over itself with Dhawan directing the ball towards his own stumps following an inside edge.
