IPL 2024 Auctions are here. Fate of a total of 333 players from all around the world will be decided on Tuesday (December 19) in Dubai. This is the first time that the IPL auctions are taking place out of India. Out of the 333 players up for grabs, 214 are Indian players and 119 are from overseas. There are two players who are from Associate Countries. There are 116 capped and 215 uncapped players respectively.

All ten teams of the league will be looking to purchase players. The retention and released players list was announced in November. The last date for a trade to take place ended on December 12. There are 70 slots to be filled among the ten teams, which includes slots for 30 overseas players. Gujarat Titans (GT) have the biggest purse of Rs 38.15 crore while Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) need to buy the maximum number of players at the auction as they have 12 slots to fill.


Rs 2 crore is the highest reserve price at the auction and 23 players are listed in this bracket. 13 players are there in the Rs 1.5 crore bracket.
