According to a report published in thenews.com.pk, tainted Pakistani speedster Mohammad Amir was stopped by immigration officials at London’s Heathrow airport.

The report added that Amir, who was banned from cricket in 2010 along with Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt for the infamous spot-fixing scandal, was questioned by the officials and was allowed to leave after 'half an hour of detention'.

However, Amir took to Twitter to refute any such incident.

"Hey guys all this news about me being stop or sumthing in london is ALL FALSE im happily home take care n stay happy," he said.

Amir, who made an international comeback for Pakistan last year, will join the team for a series against West Indies.
