The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) is planning to provide free Wi-Fi facility at Lodhi Gardens from next month i.e. April.

"The work has been initiated and it will take a month to make Lodhi Gardens a free Wi-Fi zone," say NDMC officials, according to a report in TOI.

“It is important to connect the parks with facilities like free Wi-Fi,“ said a senior NDMC official.

Reportedly, the same facility will be expanded to other parks of Delhi as well.

The free Wi-Fi internet services will be provided through `smart poles' at the Lodhi Gardens.
