New Delhi: Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2018 results were declared on Thursday by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Candidates can check the results on the official website - aicte-cmat.in. In order to check the results, candidates have to log in email address and password.


To view the CMAT 2018 results, candidates can download the CMAT scorecard.


The scorecard usually consists of - Sectional score, General score, Sectional percentile and General percentile. It will also tell the candidates about their rank in the overall CMAT list. 


The CMAT 2018 was conducted on January 20, 2018.



CMAT is a national level entrance examination conducted by AICTE every year as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). The CMAT is a three-hour computer based online test which is conducted in a single session to evaluate the candidate’s ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness, as per the official website.


It further states, "This test facilitates Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission in all Management programs. The CMAT score is accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges."


AICTE was set up in November 1945 as a national-level apex advisory body to conduct "a survey on the facilities available for technical education and to promote development in the country in a coordinated and integrated manner," the official website states.
