Speaking to reporters after briefing the US Congress on his mission, Kay said his team in Iraq still had a long job ahead looking into Iraq's weapons programmes.
Kay is a US weapons expert who heads the Iraq Survey Group sent to the country after the war that brought down Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein.
