New Delhi, Oct 06: Within hours of the Election Commission announcing the poll schedule, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit expressed confidence that Congress will return to power in the national capital. "We are all geared up. We will seek mandate from the people for the enormous work we have done and we are confident that our party will come back," Dikshit told a news agency. Claiming her government has done several developmental work for the people of Delhi, she said the process needed to be carried forward. "Delhi has witnessed major changes in the last five years and we will carry forward the process," she added.
