Ahmedabad, July 07: Two senior officials of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) from Delhi arrived here, this morning. The officials will leave for Vadodara tomorrow to examine "all documents pertaining to the Best Bakery case and the judgement awarded by a fast track court", acquitting 21 persons accused in the massacre.

The senior officials who arrived include Bhari Hoake, registrar of law and Sudhir Chaudhary, DIG (investigations). They would be accompanied to Vadodara By P G J Nampoothri who is special rappoteur for the commission in Gujarat.

One of the team members told a news agency that they were chalking an agenda for their visit to Vadodara and nothing at present could be commented on their plan of action. The official also did not confirm if the NHRC team would meet senior officials of the state government before heading for Vadodara.
