AICCTU and KMS observe `all India demand day`
New Delhi, July 02: All India Central Council of Trade Unions (AICCTU) and its affiliate Khet Mazdoor Sabha is jointly observing a nationwide `all India demand day` today to press for a separate central legislation for agricultural workers.

is jointly observing a nationwide "all India demand day" today to press for a separate central legislation for agricultural workers.
A day-long dharna will be held and the council will also push for a national uniform minimum wage for all sections of the unorganised sector, AICCTU, central office secretary Rajiv Dimri said.
He had said that other demands which have been raised are three per cent of the GDP for social security of unorganised sector and ensuring round the year employment for them. Bureau Report
