London, Nov 22: Chelsea will not take up their ticket allocation for the Champions League match against Besiktas on 9 December.
The Blues announced their decision following bombings in Istanbul, Turkey, on Thursday.
The Foreign Office has advised against travel to Besiktas' home city.
And Chelsea's interim chief executive Paul Smith said: "That advice, today's bombings of British targets and the unsettled situation there has prompted us to make this final decision."
At least 27 people and 450 were injured on Thursday after two bombs exploded.
