Mumbai, Oct 09: Bhoruka Steel Ltd promoters have purchased 3,85,050 equity shares of Rs 10 each from Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) at the face value. The sale transaction constituted 9.59 per cent of the paid-up capital Of Bhoruka Steel Ltd, IDBI said in a release here today. Bureau Report
