Sebi bars three vanishing companies, directors
Mumbai, Sept 30: Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has barred three vanishing companies and their directors from dealing in securities and raising funds from the markets for five years.
Mumbai, Sept 30: Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has barred three vanishing companies and their directors from dealing in securities and raising funds from the markets for five years.
Tuscon Exports Ltd, a vanishing company, and its directors - Ranjeet Chouraria and Ramesh Fatehpuria, Cilson Organics - B K Jha, C M Jha, Lalan Kumar Jha and S C Jha should disassociate from capital market related activities for five years with immediate effect, Sebi said in a release here
today.
Bodh Gaya Ceramics Ltd and its directors -- Brajesh Kumar Jha, Gyan Dhar Singh, Harinandan Prasad Sinha and Harshad Nandlal Bhutta, have also been barred from capital markets for five years, it said
Further, the public companies in which these directors hold controlling or substantial interest would not be allowed to raise funds from the capital market for five years, the release added.
