New Delhi, Nov 06: The Union Cabinet today deferred a decision on Social Security Scheme for the unorganised sector and asked Labour Ministry to rework the proposal. The Cabinet, which met here under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, sought details on calculation of benefits in the scheme and deferred the decision for its next meeting, Labour Minister Sahib Singh Verma told reporters.
