Shivraj files nomination from Raghogarh
Guna, Nov 13: BJP General Secretary Shivraj Singh Chauhan, pitted against Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh from the prestigious Raghogarh seat, yesterday filed his nomination for the December 1 assembly elections.

Chauhan, accompanied by senior BJP leader and Union Minister Arun Jaitley, party`s chief ministerial candidate Uma Bharti and state party president Kailash Joshi, filed his papers in the office of collector and district returning officer Neelam Rao.
Prominent among the others present were Leader of Opposition in Bihar assembly Sushil Kumar Modi and Union Minister Prahlad Patel.
Chauhan reached the collector`s office after a large number of BJP workers took out a rally from the airfield here amid drum beats and slogan shouting. The party workers were carrying BJP flags and cut-outs of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani, besides Bharti.
After filing the nomination papers, Chauhan and other senior BJP leaders proceeded towards Raghogarh to launch the party`s election campaign. Bureau Report
