Mumbai, Dec 09: Eicher proposes to transfer all its business relating to tractors, two wheelers, gears and engines to Eicher Motors, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Tuesday. It said the share swap ratio was set at two equity shares of Eicher Motors for every five in Eicher Ltd. Bureau Report
