More than 100 people dead in shipwreck in DR Congo
Kinshasa, Nov 27: More than 100 people drowned when a fishing boat capsized late on Tuesday in lake Maindombe in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the governor of the province said today.

"As of this morning, 103 bodies have been pulled from the water including 12 children and 91 adults," said Oscar Bala, Governor of Bandundu province, in the northeast of the
country.
Bala said he believed some 400 people were onboard the boat went down but that there was no manifest.
