The 'Next Top Model' hostess is hoping to make a huge USD 1.7 million profit on her Nolita, New York home after she gave USD 2.1 million for it back in 2005, reported the New York Daily News.


"Tyra believes Nolita is one of the most fun, immersive, electric, trendy areas and loved living amongst the best new restaurants and shops. She relished going down her elevator being mere steps away from her fave breakfast haunts," her spokesperson said.


Set to present her brand new chat show 'The Fab, Banks said to be selling up as she hasn't been spending as much time as she'd like in the house due to work commitments.
