Lucknow, Oct 01: The application of Madhumani Tripathi, wife of former Uttar Pradesh minister Amarmani Tripathi, seeking stay on her arrest in connection with poetess Madhumita murder case, will come up for hearing in Allahabad High Court today. Madhumani had last week filed a petition in the Lucknow Bench of the High Court seeking directives to the CBI not to arrest her in connection with the case.
Meanwhile, the CBI court here deferred hearing on Madhumani's surrender application till today. Bureau Report
