Ottawa, Sept 26: Pakistan has not shared its nuclear technology with other countries, such as North Korea, and maintains a tight security lid on its nuclear technology and know-how, Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf said today. Addressing a largely Canadian military audience, Musharraf said, "All our (nuclear) assets are under strict control. I can guarantee they will not fall in the wrong hands." He admitted, "We have had defence relations with North Korea, but these were limited to surface-to-air missiles with conventional warheads." In a question and answer session, Musharraf also flatly denied that "lower ranks" in the Pakistani military could be passing on nuclear information to other countries or potential terrorists.
