Jaipur, May 29: In a major reshuffle, Rajasthan government today transferred 53 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and 71 State Administrative Service (RAS) officers, including eight secretaries and 12 District Collectors. Principal Secretary Medical and Health Parmesh Chandra has been made chairman cum Managing Director of State Road Transport Corporation while S P Gupta on his return from deputation in Delhi has been given the charge of chairman cum Managing Director of Rajasthan Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO), official sources said.
Alka Kala is the new principal secertary women and child development while K L Meena will be new principal secretary revenue. G S Sandhu has been transferred as secretary medical and health while R N Meena has been posted as secretary personnel, Arvind Mayaram as secretary tourism, Lalit Pawar as secretary art and culture, Shyam S Agrawal as secretary technical education, and C M Meena as secretary general administration. While T R Verma has been promoted in super-time pay scale on his existing post of secretary agriculture, Deepak Upreti has been posted as secretary revenue in the finance department after promoting him in super-time scale.

Among others Rohit Brandan has been posted as Divisional Commissioner Jaipur.

Bhilwara, Hanumangarh, Chittoregarh, Alwar, Tonk, Kota, Barmer, Karoli, Sirohi, Jaisalmer, Banswara and Dungarpur districts have got new collectors cum district magistrates in the reshuffle.
