Bangalore, Sept 18: C M Bhat has been appointed as chief vigilance officer of Bharat Electronics Limited. He took charge at BEL's corporate office here earlier this week, a company press release said. Bhat, an IPS officer of the 1974 batch, belongs to the Uttar Pradesh cadre, the release added.
