Mumbai, July 01:Large captive business process outsourcing (BPO) entities such as those belonging to American Express, GE and ABN Amro have begun facing significant pricing pressures from local third-party BPO firms such as Wipro-Spectramind, Daksh, Progeon, ICICI OneSource and Transworks.
