'Bombshell' will be performed as part of a Broadway benefit for The Actors Fund in New York on June 15, 2015, reported The Wrap.

A venue and cast are yet to be announced but Craig Zadan and Neil Meron will produce the concert.

The show, which was specially written for 'Smash', features 22 original songs written by Tony and Grammy award-winning pair Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, who were also behind the hits of 'Hairspray'.

'Smash' aired for two seasons on NBC and followed the lives of individuals desperate to make a name for themselves on Broadway. It starred Debra Messing, Anjelica Huston and Jack Davenport.
