Supual (Bihar), Nov 27: After remaining in captivity for a month, the grandson of a district RJD leader and son of local businessman were released by their kidnappers and recovered from Supual Railway Station today, police said. Superintendent of Police Raghunath Prasad Singh told news agencies that Nikhil Kumar, 10-year-old grandson of district RJD leader Laleshwar Thakur, and Saket Kumar (10), son of a local businessman, were sighted at Supual Railway Station from where the police took them home after informing their families.

The kidnappers sent the two boys to Supual by train from Forbesganj in Araria district, the sp said.

The boys told the police that they were kept in villages bordering Nepal by the kidnappers, he said.
Singh claimed that the boys were released by the kidnappers because of intense police pressure.

Unidentified persons on October 25 had lured away Nikhil and Saket from near their homes by promising to teach them computers free of cost.
