Damascus, Nov 15: Holding that dialogue and terrorism cannot go hand in hand, Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee today categorically said cross border terrorism in Kashmir by Pakistan has to stop before any meaningful talks with Islamabad can take place. "Dialogue and terrorism cannot go hand in hand," Vajpayee, who is here on a three-day visit, said in a ranging interview to the Damascus media.
"We do consistently maintain that in order to sustain a meaningful dialogue, the cross border terrorism which is being unleashed in Jammu and Kashmir from across our border has to stop," he said.
