Amritsar, July 17: Senior Akali leader Gurcharan Singh Tohra would be the new President of Shiromani Gurudwara Prabhandhak Committee (SGPC). This was announced here today by Shiromani Akali Dal President Parkash Singh Badal, who also announced that present president of the SGPC Kirpal Singh Badungar would tender his resignation today.
