Mumbai, June 26: Mumbai High Court today issued notice against anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare for allegedly committing contempt of court by making defamatory remarks against judiciary. The notice was issued by Justice Ajit Shah and Justice Dhananjay Chandrachud on a petition filed by Sharad Wani, MLC from Jalgaon local body constituency.
Wani said that Hazare had alleged that four Maharashtra ministers including Suresh Jain were indulging in corrupt practices.

Hazare also said that Jain was rich and could influence the judiciary.
The notice is returnable on July 10.
The anti-corruption crusader had stirred a controversy by charging four NCP ministers of indulging in corruption.
