Two naxals killed in encounter in Andhra

Four naxals had escaped after an exchange of fire with police near Chintriyala in the district yesterday.
A special police party, which had launched a massive combing operation in the forest yesterday, exchanged fire with the ultras this morning near Atlur, they said. In the ensuing firing, two naxals of Bellamkonda Dalam died on the spot after being injured yesterday near Chintriyala, police said.
Police is continuing the manhunt in the region to nab the two escaped naxals. Bureau Report
