father-in-law J Omprakash in cases of alleged cheating till September 04 and deferred their petitions seeking to quash a lower court order which directed cops to probe these cases.
A division bench of Justice Ranjana Desai and Justice V M Kanade heard the four petitions filed by Roshans and two petitions filed by J Omprakash together.
The court had allowed the petitioners to amend their petitions so that the matter could be heard by a division bench as police had registered offences against them after completing probe as directed by a magistrate. Bureau Report
