SP to launch agitation to protest allegations against Azmi
Mumbai, Oct 10: Samajwadi Party would launch a state-wide agitation beginning today to protest against the `baseless` allegations levied against the party`s leader and MP, Abu Asim Azmi.
Mumbai, Oct 10: Samajwadi Party would launch a state-wide agitation beginning today to protest against the `baseless` allegations levied against the party`s leader and MP, Abu Asim Azmi.
The announcement was made during the meeting of the Maharashtra Pradesh Working Committee held at Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, according to a release here today.
As part of the agitation, the party would burn effigies of the Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani and the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Chhagan Bhujbal in every district
and taluka from today.
The party members would also court arrest during the agitation.
