New Delhi, Nov 27: After the slogans of 'suraksha' (security) and 'suraaj' (good governance), Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani today hawked a new dream of making India one of the world's three top economies even as he blamed Congress for the country still being a "developing nation." Addressing an election rally in north-west Delhi, he held the Congress a "culprit" for India still being called a developing nation, even 55 years after independence.

"Congress has ruled this country for 45 years. What they have done ...We are still being called a developing nation," Advani lamented.

Listing the achievements of the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre, Advani said, "during the last five years, our government has done enough and if given the opportunity, India would be rated among the top three economies of the world around the first half of 21st century."
"The voters of all four states have to vote thinking not only for their area alone, but of the entire nation," he said adding a concerted effort would lead the nation to the path of development.

Union Labour Minister Sahib Singh Verma and BJP chief ministerial candidate Madan Lal Khurana were among those present on the occasion.
