New Delhi, June 21: A day ahead of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee`s visit to China, a meeting of the NDA coordination committee has been convened here on June 21 to discuss a wide range of issues.
New Delhi, June 21: A day ahead of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's visit to China, a meeting of the NDA coordination committee has been convened here on June 21 to discuss a wide range of issues.
The meeting to be chaired by the Prime Minister takes place shortly after the "brain storming" session of BJP on the 2004 Lok Sabha polls, near Mumbai, which will conclude today.
The meeting is expected to take stock of the prevailing political situation with the coalition partners also expected to be briefed on the China visit of Vajpayee, sources said.
The NDA leaders are also likely to be informed of the deliberations in the BJP meet near Mumbai since it had dealt with relations with NDA partners.
The recent developments in Punjab, where former Chief Minister and Akali Dal leader Parkash Singh Badal has alleged vendetta by the Congress government is also likely to be discussed, the sources said.
