New Delhi, July 20: Former BJP vice president and a Sangh Parivar ideologue K R Malkani is being appointed Lt. Governer of Pondicherry, party sources said here today.
A formal notification in this regard is likely to be issued from the Rashtrapati Bhavan shortly, they said.
Malkani, a former Rajya Sabha member, held several key positions in the party including editor of its mouthpiece 'BJP today'. He has also authored some books and writes columns for several newspapers. Bureau Report
