Bhopal, Dec 06: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh would not campaign for the Congress in the December 12 Assembly polls in Gujarat, due to differences over "Narmada issue" with the neighbouring state. Giving reasons behind the decision, Singh told that "there is a conflict between Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh over Narmada issue". Meanwhile, a number of ministers and Congress workers from Madhya Pradesh were already camping in the neighbouring state to help in the party's campaign for polls next week. Bureau Report
