Dortmund, Sept 10: The German and Scottish soccer teams prepare for their important Euro 2004 qualification match.
The German team were training at the Wetfalen Stadium in Dortmund on Tuesday (September 9) before Wednesday's match.
The training was under the watchful eye of coach Rudi Voeller who had earlier announced that Sebastian Diesler would not be in the team after sustaining a thigh injury during earlier training.
The Scottish team were training in Herne, outside Dortmund, but their coach Berti Vogts visited the Wetfalen Stadium to talk to reporters during the day.
Vogts discussed his tactics, and said his team would have no choice but to attack against the German team.
"We have to make sure that we will react and that the adversary will not crush us. We can't defend ourselves that well and have to know what we want, and attack," he said.
